How to measure
Step 1. Find your band size
Wrap a tape measure around your back and chest going under your arms so it's snug, not tight. Round UP to the nearest even number. This is your band size!
Step 2. Measure your bust size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape loose enough that it's not squeezing.
Step 3. Find your bra size
Use your band size and bust size to find your bra size in the chart below. For example: If your band measured 38" and your bust measured 41", your bra size is 38DD

How to Apply for the Perfect Hold:
- Prep: This is the most important step! Clean your skin with mild soap and water. Do not use moisturizers, perfumes, or powders on your chest, as they will ruin the adhesive.
- Apply: Peel off the protective film. Flip the cup slightly outward, position it at your desired angle, and gently smooth the edges firmly against your skin. Repeat on the other side.
- Clasp: Connect the front closure and press firmly on both cups for a few seconds to secure the hold.
Care Instructions (To Keep It Sticky!): After every use, gently hand wash the adhesive side with warm water and mild soap. Let it air dry completely (the adhesive regenerates as it dries!). Once dry, re-apply the protective plastic films to keep dust away until your next wear.
